Board Member Duties
Board member on duty needs to make sure restrooms are unlocked by 5:45.
Board member on duty needs to make sure lights get turned on and off every night. They also need to make sure that equipment is put up and equipment room is locked before leaving.
Board member on duty needs to make sure restrooms are locked up before leaving and make sure all scoreboards have been turned in.
Board member on duty needs to check trash cans as they walk around to make sure they are not overflowing. If you find a trash can overflowing, please get a trash bag from the consession stand(the city has provided some for this reason) and empty the trash. Put trash in dumpster.
